100% Tuition-Back Garantee
We feel we offer the finest gymnastics programs in the area; however, we also realize that we cannot meet the needs of every child. If, after your child's first two classes, you are not satisfied for any reason, we will reimburse you 100% of the tuition you paid for the session.

Family Registration Fee
An annual non-refundable registration fee of $20 per family, paid at the first registration of each season (September-August). This fee remains the same regardless of the number of immediate family members involved in our gymnastics programs.

How to Register
Refer to the Class Schedule to determine which class you would like for your child to attend and the tuition rate for that class.

  1. Confirm with the office to insure class availability
  2. Complete the front of the registration form
  3. Read and sign the waiver on the registration form.
  4. Attach the membership fee and the session tuition to the registration form and either mail or deliver to Aim High Gymnastics.

Tuition Due Date
Payment is due 2 weeks prior to the start of each new session. Please notify the office if your child does not plan to continue in his/her class. If payment is not received on or before the tuition due date, it will be assumed that your child is not continuing into the next session and his/her class spot is available to be filled with new students from our holding file. If you would like to change your child's class day/time, we will make every effort to accommodate you. Please refer to the tuition due date on your tuition invoice

Tuition Invoices: Tuition invoices will be distributed to your child during his/her class prior to the tuition due date. If your child is absent on that day, we will mail your envelope o you to ensure that you do not miss the tuition due date and forfeit your child's class spot. Tuition can be mailed or dropped off in the tuition box located outside of the office.

10% Family Discount: Only one family member pays full price. All other tuitions are discounted 10% regardless of the program. (Discount will be taken no the lesser class tuition.)

30% Discount If your child wishes to attend two gymnastics classes per week, the first class will be billed at full tuition cost and the second will be discounted 30%.

On-Going Enrollment: We will prorate your child's first session tuition if he/she does not start at the beginning of a session. This allows your child to join a program at any time without having to wait for a new session to begin.

Returned Check Charge: A charge of $25.00 will be imposed on any check returned by the bank.

Missed Class Policies
Make-Up Classes Although it is always best for your child to attend his/her regularly scheduled class, there might be a time when this is impossible. Your child is allowed one make up class per session, within the same session. All make up classes ust be schedules through the office, and are based on availability.

Snow Day Closings: Every effort will be made to keep the gym open and classes on schedule; however, you should check with the office (978-458-8000) to verify if classes have been canceled due to inclement weather. If classes have been canceled, there will be a message on the machine one hour prior to class time. There classes will not be made up, nor will credit be given or payment reimbursed. An exception to this policy will be made for multiple class cancellations within one session.
